Working on another title "Beer Manuel: A Guide for all Tasters."
Editor told me not to exceed 120,000 Chinese characters this time, equivalent to some 250 pages.
What's worrying me is that I have too little space left to put everything in, as I have already got some 90,000 characters (obviously too much for this stage) and still have several chapters to go! Maybe I'm just too wordy...

本次挑戰：用跟《比利時啤酒：品飲與風味指南》相同的字數（十二萬字），寫完全世界啤酒類型的內容。
目前困擾：重點章節還沒寫完，就已經超過九萬字了。
